Whether it be guards who need to become better ballhanders, or posts who need help with their back to the basket, or anyone looking to become a better shooter, we will assess your needs to become a better player and implement specific workouts to do just that.

If you are interested in pairing basketball workouts and strength and conditioning workouts with Coach Tatum, click on the appropriate button below. These workouts will be 90 minutes in length and combine a mixture of strength and conditioning and basketball. Note: Cost is total amount for all athletes combined.

Our group workouts are perfect for two players who are looking to improve their skill set in a competitive and collaborative environment. Workouts will vary based on the improvement needs of individuals within the group and can include a mixture of ball handling, shooting, and individual skill work.
